On April 12th, Sasha’s Farm Fresh was pleased to hear that the Hunt Club Steakhouse at the Geneva National Resort won the 1st Place Judges Choice Award at the Geneva Lakes Burger Throwdown. Their winning burger entry used dill grown at our farm.
When we first debuted, the Hunt Club Steakhouse was our initial customer, purchasing Adriana Butter and Llema Lollo Bionda lettuce for their restaurant. They continue to appreciate the year-round produce that we grow locally using organic methods. The Hunt Club Steakhouse states that they “Focus on Excellence” by having “a passion for superlative ingredients spanning every inch of the seasonal, fresh menu,” and we’re proud that our produce is a part of their winning culinary masterpieces.
